Acquisitions
We Move with
Certainty.
Brookhill Corp. is an active acquirer of institutional-quality real estate across the United States. We are well-capitalized, decisive, and have never failed to close on an executed agreement.
Investment Philosophy
Four Pillars
Acquisition Strategy
We target assets with strong real estate fundamentals and demonstrable upside potential. Brookhill pursues value-add and core-plus opportunities across multifamily, industrial, retail, storage, and development land — in markets with supply constraints and durable demand drivers.
Asset Optimization
Brookhill's in-house team drives operational efficiency and revenue growth across every holding. We are not passive investors. Our COO and Director of Asset Management are embedded in the day-to-day performance of each property in the portfolio.
Strategic Partnerships
We collaborate with institutional partners to access off-market opportunities unavailable through conventional channels. Our relationships with operators, brokers, and capital partners — built over nearly five decades — give us access others simply don't have.
Long-Term Stewardship
We hold assets with a generational perspective. Our investment horizon is not constrained by a fund cycle or LP redemption window. We buy assets we would be proud to own for decades — and frequently do.

Our Process
From Introduction to Close
Initial Review
We review all qualified opportunities presented to us within 72 hours. Our team will confirm interest and request any additional materials needed for initial underwriting.
Underwriting
Our investment committee completes a full underwriting within two weeks of receiving a complete package. We do not require exclusivity to underwrite and provide timely, direct feedback.
LOI & Due Diligence
Upon investment committee approval, we issue a letter of intent within one business day. Our due diligence period is typically 30 days, during which we move with decisive, institutional efficiency.
Closing
We close with equity or pre-committed financing. Brookhill has never failed to close on an executed purchase and sale agreement. Certainty of execution is central to our identity as a counterparty.

Opportunity.
We review every qualified submission and respond to all legitimate opportunities within 72 hours. Contact our acquisitions team at (310) 314-2400 or info@brookhillcorp.com. Brokers, property owners, and institutional partners can submit multifamily, industrial, self-storage, retail, or land opportunities through our contact page. Our review considers the asset's fundamentals, operational upside, and fit with a long-term hold strategy. Value-add and core-plus opportunities are assessed alongside capital requirements and underwriting, with equity or pre-committed financing supporting certainty of execution.
